These Terms govern the use of services provided by Orange Blossom Digital Studio LLC.

1. Services

Orange Blossom Digital Studio LLC provides semi-custom website template services for hospitality businesses.

Templates include fixed structural layouts. Clients may customize:

• Fonts
• Colors
• Images
• Text
• Menu PDFs
• Links
• Removal of existing sections

Structural additions, new pages, third-party integrations, or custom feature development are not included.

2. Project Scope

The website structure remains fixed. Requests beyond the defined customization options are outside scope and require a separate agreement.

3. Payment Terms

Projects require:

• A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure a project start date.
• Deposits compensate for scheduling, planning, and initial work performed.
• 50% final payment due prior to site transfer or launch

Work will not begin until the deposit is received.

Final files or deployment access will not be transferred until full payment is received.

4. Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits compensate for scheduling, planning, and initial project preparation.

Due to the nature of digital services, completed projects are not eligible for refunds.

5. Intellectual Property

All template systems, underlying code architecture, and design frameworks remain the intellectual property of Orange Blossom Digital Studio LLC.

Upon full payment, the client receives full rights to their completed website configuration and the content provided for that project.

The template system itself may not be resold, redistributed, or replicated.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide required content and assets in a timely manner
• Ensure they have rights to provided images and materials
• Review and approve work promptly

Delays in providing materials may extend project timelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

Orange Blossom Digital Studio LLC is not liable for:

• Loss of business revenue
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Third-party hosting outages
• Client misuse of the website

To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.

Orange Blossom Digital Studio LLC makes no guarantees regarding search engine rankings, traffic increases, or business performance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to These Terms

Orange Blossom Digital Studio LLC may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
